One just bought a house, with a bar in the basement, and the other has a bachelor pad.

Oh and for those that are wondeirng, the signage is full of inside jokes, I hope "Ramcock", NB didn't offend anyone...

As soon as I saw them I thought that would be great for a bar in the basement (mantown)... perfect gift!!
