Hello! If you send you a message through her website, Suzanne will initially call you to speak to you over the phone. Her english is perfect!!! I have had several phone calls from Suzanne. Her response time is fantastic too!!

I was trying to get pricing and information from another salon in Cabo and it was so hard to get a response....one time the response took over a week!!! I couldn't believe it!

You guys are right! I emailed her Tuesday night/yesterday morning and she emailed me that morning and called yesterday afternoon! She was so sweet and helpful to talk to.

Is anyone not doing a hair and/or make up trial?

I didnt do a trial there...I had my hair done at home by the girl that always does my hair took tons of pics and they both did a great job.

I did a trial for both hair and makeup. I needed it, but that's only because I am bad at explaining what I want and I don't know what makeup really looks good on me. I was glad I did because it gave me time to think about what I wanted done differently for the actual wedding -and they did it perfectly.
