Table Runner and Sashes - Dupioni Silk?

I am struggling to decide what fabric to use for our table runners and sashes. Organza is the most affordable but I love the look of dupioni silk. It is so much more expensive even if I bought my own fabric and made it. I was wondering if you girls had any suggestions for a long rectangle table, decorated with shells and accented with a table runner in turquoise? Anyone else using one that they want to share or sell? My wedding is July 2,2009.

I would go w/ the silk, I think it looks ALOT better than just organza. I was going to runners, but I ended up buying fabric to make tablecloths. Keep in mind coupons! I spent $100 and bought fabric for tablecloths and napkins. I just used a 40% off coupon for Joann's fabric. I have 35 people attending so I thought it was a good deal. And next week they have a coupon for 50% off
