What does the ring bearer do with the rings... ?

Were not 100% sure if we are going to have a ring-bearer (he's only two so he's pretty young) but if we do our plan is to tie two fake rings to the pillow, and then turn the pillow over once he has walked down the aisle.

 

The real rings will be safely in the hands of our Maid of Honor and Bestman.

 

If the ring bearer is old enough I think I would think that tying the real rings onto the pillow with white thread should help avoid them getting lost in the process, and they should be easy enough to pull off when it comes time to exchange the rings.
