Do you excercise when sick?

According to my pilates team (they are also physical therapists) it is not ok to sweat when you are sick. You can, however, stretch and do low impact things like crunches, leg lifts, low impact yoga etc.

 

Plus - you shouldn't go to a gym when you are sick - it's too easy to pick up other things.
