But iIm glad you came here to tell us all about this horrible experience. I'm sure a lot of brides are going to think 2 times before booking their wedding at westin. Anyways, I hope everything from now on works out for you and your fience, and I'm sure u will have a beautiful wedding. After all, you deserve it!

I am so so so sorry that you are having to deal with this. I would never think that a Westin would be treating an cutomer like that (let alone a BRIDE!). Good for you for posting this and hopefully no one else will ever have to be in this situation again. Have you tried to contact the corporate office with a complaint?

wow that MORE than stinks. i am happy tho that it seems as things are working out in the end and that hopefully you will be able to arrange everything match your hopes and dreams for your special day.

I am so sorry you are going through this! I had something similar at the Sheraton. We basically locked ourselves into a much higher room rate with the contract. I recently found the same room for $100 less. The wouldn't do anything about it. They basically told me "oh well." I hope your wedding day works out, as I am sure it will. It will be over soon.
