Shipping alcohol gifts??

We've decided to get bottles of good tequila for our wedding party's gifts. We want to send them a couple weeks before the wedding with a cute note about how they should start getting excited (and increasing their alcohol tolerance). But we can't find an online vendor who sells alcohol and will ship for us at a reasonable price.

 

Supposedly you're not allowed to ship alcohol UPS, USPS, or FedEx and only vendors can do it with a special license.

 

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!!

Their FAQ page says they only ship liquor within CA. Thanks though! I'll keep hunting. There's got to be some place that will do it.

Try ordering tequila from Don Julio. We went to thier store in Playa Del Carmen a few years ago and they gave us a card to order tequila online and have it shipped to Chicago. We never did but wanted to. Its good stuff...
