What TV show do you "hide" from FI or DH?

I don't hide shows from my FI and I can actually get him to watch some of them! I got him hooked on Despreate Housewives (until the new season with the 5 year jump) and we go through streaches of watching HGTV but he gets sick of it after awhile. He hates the WE shows like Rich Bride Poor Bride, Bridezillas, etc. so he usually won't watch those with me or if he does he falls asleep. Luckily we both love House and CSI - so if all else we watch those. Neither of us is a reality TV fan, except for Rock of Love for me because Bret Michaels is who I should be marrying and FI knows that when he comes knocking on my door he has to give me up! lol. Seriously though, I have met Bret in person and been on his tour bus and OMG! So FI makes fun of me when I watch it but who cares!

I don't hide any shows from Jayson.. he will just play on his computer while I watch them.. but half the time he's listening to what's going on. He likes Chuck on Gossip Girl too And he likes the photos at the end of ANTM because we are into photography.

I don't hide shows, but we each have our own DVR. His shows and the together shows are on the big TV in the living room, and my shows are on the little TV in the bedroom.

 

He doesn't like my "teeny-bopper" shows, GG, 90210, Grey's & Private Practice.

 

He also hates reality shows so i watch those by myself too, well Amazing race is the only one I watch.

 

What cracks me up is that he watches Cheaters in the morning when he is getting ready for work! I HATE that show! It is pure trash! I refuse to watch!

i don't hide anything, and dh doesn't watch too much tv. he does make fun of me for idol and 90210, and he doesn't like hgtv, but again, it's just b/c he doesn't watch much.

I too don't hide anything from DH....but I refuse to watch "my shows" with him chirping in the background that "she's not pretty, how can she be a model?" or "omg she can't sing AT ALL". I would just rather PVR them & watch them when he's not home, or watching sports on the other tv!!!

I don't "hide" anything but in the DV-R that he complains about watching are:

Gossip Girl - he complains but secretly loves it - he loves Blair & Chuck and got really into the episode with Lilly as a teenager.

Sex in the City!!! I watch re-runs all the time, and got 3, yes 3, copies of the DVD movie for Christmas from different friends:) He sighs when I turn it to an episode, but then he always wants to know whom Carrie is dating, how Charlotte met her 2nd husband, etc. Cracks me up how he tries to act like it's too feminine for him. I just let tell him that it is our little secret ;-)
