Newbie 2010 ROR bride

Hello All,

 

I am new to the site hence my newbie post. BUt I am getting married at the Riu Ocho Rios resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica on January 23, 2010. I have read good reviews about this venue. ALthough I have been having a unique experience with all the politics. They would not take 2010 date reservations until March and now they wont be releasing room rates until August/September. Has anyone experienced this?

QUESTION: Are you (or anyone) having issues looking at prices on the RIU website? I put in for a 4 night stay but it always defaults and chooses a 3 night- it's driving me CRAZY!
