We did ours at Hidden Worlds they were amazing prior to leaving I bought the passes and setup a apt at 10am they were waiting for us. The staff was so helpful they provided transportation to the various cenotes and gave us tips for the best places to go.

It was very easy to do it there. Other people would be there but there are a lot of sections you can go to that people are not near you. I would highly recommend it.
