What is the best place to purchase bag fillers?

I wanted to make a goody bag for each of my guests when they arrive for our cruise. I wanted to fill it with suntan lotion, chapstick, towels etc. I am sure tons of brides have done this and I would love to hear where you got the best deals. Also, I wouldn't mind getting more suggestions for fun necessities to include in my bag.

I would think Ikea might be once place to check for towels and such. They can sometimes have really great deals on stuff!

Target!! Best deals around, check in their dollar section for really cute things. I just got a pair on flip flops with anchors on them for my cruise. Plus if you use a credit card and get incentives on it you should see if you can get a target gift card with it. I have a captial one card and used my points to get a target gift card which I'm going to use to buy mini sunscreen and dollar spot stuff.
