I'm going to order some and I'll post pics for fine haired girls. I have REALLY REALLY fine hair and my hairdresser and sis (who is a hairdresser) hate it! All they talk about is how fine it is and how it tangles so easily. but i have alot of hair. My hairdresser always says it looks like i don't have a lot of hair cause its so fine but once she goes to dye it she remembers how much I have. Apparently it looks like it should take 15 min to apply the dye but i have so much hair it takes 40-50 minutes to put in. So i know tami said it showed through hers, but you can have fine hair and lots or not so much.

So i know i won't have any issue covering the bumpit, but i don't know if it'll stay in?!

LOL so funny! I have rather normal (not super thin or thick) hair and I attempted the "bumpit" while rushing one night. I found that regardless of all of the teasing necessary to get the little guy to stick, FI said that he could see daylight through my hairhuh.gif I was in a super rush and just skimmed the directions, which I believe just said to tease hair and then put there and the comblike prongs stick to it and yes I had a massive bump but nothing like the girl on the cute pink and white box sad.gif My mom ordered them for her wedding and I am doing her hair and wanted to try em out for added "ummph"! It kinda seems like it may snap apart or something which would eliminate the massive gaphuh.gif I will try again sometime this week and get back to you guys. My mom said a friend of her's uses it daily and said that once you get the hang of it, you will be hooked! I can't wait to add one more thing to the "Don't ever leave home without" list! lol, ohh the joy of being a lady wink.gif

Ok, I just bought some of these from Walgreens b/c I usually "bump" my bangs & sometimes do a "bump" with a pony & these things don't look so hot in my hair. First, the set comes with 3 pieces, the small one (for bangs) is soooo tiny that it would not make a difference in your hair & the largest one, IMO, would make ur hair stand-up way too tall. So, right off the bat, I bought a set of 3, of which only 1 I can use. Anyway, I followed the insturctions & I could still see straight through my hair (I have really fine hair.) So, all-in-all, I think I wasted $10 b/c it's just easier & looks better to just "bump-it" myself with my teasing brush & bobby pins. Good luck ladies, maybe they will work better for you guys :)

lol I've got my mini bump it in right now! It does take some practice and fiddling... my hair is normal thickness but any attempts by me to bump my hair on my own (with just teasing) always falls flat sad.gif So the bump it has been great for me! Will definetly use on my wedding day!

I actually used a regular size BumpIt yesterday when I wore my hair in a ponytail. It took some work, but I really liked it!

Tried it again this morning and couldn't get my hair to cover up the darn thing. But if you have time to work with it - it will work.

I mentioned earlier how fine my hair is ... but I used it on a day I didn't shampoo my hair, so the day-old hair helped give it more coarseness I think.
