I agree with everyone else. Get the dress you love, I have seen weddings where the bride wears a sun dress or a formal one like yours, so anything goes for a DW. :-)

Thanks everyone! I had to put my deposit for this dress tomorrow if I am going to order. I think I am just going ot bite the bullet and do it! I was thinking that I could just take a bit of the fullness out of the botton- the girl at the dress shop I am going to buy it from said that they could do it without too much effort. Ok, thanks again- I think i am going to do it! I know that once I put the money down I will stop doubting myself!

Just echoing everyone else's statements but if you love it and want it then by all means get it! I love my Maggie dress and many times over the six months of wedding planning, my MIL told me that she thought it was too fancy for our wedding...whatever! I happen to think it looked great at our wedding! Do what makes you happiest!
