That is the Knottie Knot. It is from the DW board on theknot.com. I actually found this site from that board, so I still post there once and a while. The knot goes from DW bride to DW bride and each adds her wedding pic and a post card from the location they got married with a note to the future DW brides. Then when you get back, your picture with the KK goes up on a speial website.

 

It was kinda fun to read all the postcards from the previous brides.
