Red Lane Spa credit?

Hi all! Did anyone receive a Red Lane Spa credit with their booking?

 

Initially I was told that this needs to be scheduled before arrival, but Nina the WC stated that we can book this when we arrive.

 

I want to make sure that we receive the credit. Can someone shed some light on this process? Thanks!

I did receive a spa credit but unfortunately, I don't have any details to share : - (

I did receive the credit. I was able to use it as room credit therefore I could do whatever I wanted with it.

Nina told me I couldn't book ahead...it all had to be done onsite

My brother and his wife went there a year before us, which is where we got the idea to marry there. They had the credit and were able to use it anywhere on the resort. They used it in the gift shops.

Our perk was a trip to Dunn's River. It was amazing. Make sure you do that excursion!
