I just got my rehearsal dinner dress at Charlotte Russe for $20 and forever 21 also had some really cute ones!

I bought a fun maxi dress that's orange (my wedding color), red, coral, and a little khaki in it from New York and Company to wear after the wedding. It will be fun just to party in.

 

Depending on how dressy you want to go, you might find some at 15dollarstore.com. They sometimes have some cute stuff.

There are some really cute dresses at Cache too... don't usually shop there either.
