Jillian Harris is the new Bachelorette!!

Crap I got so excited and forgot to comment on Ed's outfit. Ok the mankini had to be a joke. It just had to be! But then I didn't understand why he wore the tank top (ummm- 1980's?) and never took the tiny shorts off or at least put his other shorts back on when they got out of the water.

 

And what was up with that suit? I died laughing when he came out in it. Was the jacket a light purple? With a light blue shirt underneath? and white miami vice pants? I thought the jacket was bad enough by itself but paired with that light blue shirt- hideous!! That couldn't have been a joke- right?

 

I've never been an Ed fan so forgive me but I don't think he's really that cute. He looked exhausted. And he never looks Jillian in the eye when talking. Reallly getting on my nerves. I think something snakey is going to pop up with him. Maybe the confession is that he has a gf?

 

I adore Reid. I'm sad he's gone and I really thought Jillian lit up whenever she was with him. They looked like they had the potential to be a really cute couple.

 

Kyp is FINEEE. I LOVE his abs and I'm very disappointed Jillian didn't switch Ed and Kyp dates. I would rather see Kyp half naked. Ed- not so much.

I can't believe no one has posted here since last nights Episode!

I know it was the "Men Tell All", but I watched it and the preview for next week was well worth the 2 hours of MTA that sucked as usual.

 

Wes & Reid were not there, Chris said that Wes didn't come for Obviously reasons and Reid had a "Prior Engagement" as soon as he said that... I looked at DH (Who could care less..LOL) and said, "OMG, Reid is coming back, I guarantee that's why he isn't there" And as the night went on, I felt like they danced around the whole Reid subject. Plus..Him leaving was a big deal to Jillian, so it was probably in his contract to be there, I would think...hmmmm

 

Anyway..The night goes on, it's pretty boring, except for the part when Jillian came out and was asked about Wes and she goes, "Regardless of what people think, I AM a Smart Girl and I DO have a good judge of Character" Um yeah right..LOL

 

So now it's time for the previews...They start out like all the finale previews we have been getting, Jillian is crying, "Oh me ,oh my ,I don't know what to do",

then right at the end....BAM There's Reid, holding a ring, standing on a balcony of some sort "Thinking"...HA! I knew it!

 

If she winds up with Reid after all, I will have deemed this season of the bachelorette well worth it! & That's just my 2 cents!

I actually somewhat enjoyed the MTA last night. I could have skipped the Jason and Molly update, but there was some drama! Wow, some assholes showed their true colors. I couldn't believe how many of the guys were jerks! It was like they were all thumping their chest and trying to prove who had the bigger balls. It just showed how much of a gem Michael was. TOOOO SWEET.

 

I'm not sure what to think of the whole Reid thing. There was talk around the internet last week- I don't believe this is a spoiler but just in case.....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That Reid and Jillian exchanged some whispered words and had weird body language when she was putting him in the limo. Thankfully, I still had the episode on the DVR and my sister and I rewatched that exchange about 15 times. I even had DH listen. It sounded like Jillian whispered "call me" when she hugged Reid. He got in the limo and whispered "ya, I'll call you." Jillian then put her hand over her mouth and smirked and it showed Reid smirking back. I can't say for 100% that they really said "call me" but I do know for 100% that their body language was off in that exchange. I did see smirking and I'm not sure what to think.

 

Ugh- I hope this show isn't turing into "The Hills" and becoming scripted reality. IF so, I'll still watch. HAHA. I'm THAT pathetic.

I was a bit ticked Wes wasnt there but go figure I wanted to smack David a few times. I just cant wait till next week. Just so exciting. It would be nice to see Reid back but honestly I liked Jillian in the beginning and now I am having doubts.

 

If Jake was the next bachleor what would you think?

I agree, the best part of the MTA was the previews for the last episode! I can't wait to watch it. I also thought all the Tanner P foot fetish snipits were funny.

 

I know they discussed Jake as the next Bachelor, but part of me is like...what about Michael

And if Jake is the next bachelor I will be pissed. That would be the most boring season ever. I am not a big fan of his. I like his ethic with women but I don't find him as charming and hot as all the girls do. I think is is a bit fake and too much of a Mommy's Boy. But that's just my opinion. I would love to see Michael as the new bachelor. He is sooo freakin' sweet and how hilarious was it when he went to drive the car with Tanner when they were showing the spoofs?! He would be so much fun.

I personally like Jake and think he would be a good bachelor.

 

I love Reid and think they should be together, so I would be happy if they ended up together.

 

I am not surprised that Wes was not there, he is an ass and is not smart enough to defend himself on national TV so his publicist told him not to go for sure.

 

I still love Michael as well, I wish she picked him, I would love for him to be the next bachelor, that would be cool.

I can't believe I didn't even clue into that whole thing with Reid not being there at MTA and then being in the preview for next week!! My FI thinks all of this stuff is scripted, but I haven't believed it and haven't wanted to believe, but after what Rachel said about them smirking in the limo.....I don't know what to think!

I think Jake is a nice guy and all, but it would be a BORING season if he was the bach. Imagine him keeping up the gentleman act. There would hardly be any action, no drama, and nothing for us to talk about! He doesn't bring the humor or anything else to the plate so I think it would be a snooze fest.

 

I would adore Michael as the bachelor though. He's freaking hilarious. I loved the little clip of the car scene and he's always saying funny things. I would love to see someone who's just playful and fun be the bachelor. I'm over hotter than crap guys that wait for women to swoon over them. But unfortunatley, I've learned that I end up annoyed by the recycled bach/bachettes. Bob- douche. Deanna- BIATCH. Jason- BORING and an ass. Jillian- cute, but annoying. I was just hate for my illusion of Michael to be shattered if he were as toolish as the rest.
