My wedding date is April 10, 2010

I am desperately trying to decide on a place! I am between Riviera Maya and Jamaica and really want to decide soon so I can send out STD cards.

 

Everything looks so beautiful it's hard to pick something. I'm so happy to be here and get ideas and advice from everyone!

Welcome! I got married on April 11th in Riviera Maya. I can tell you that the weather was absolutely perfect!

Easter in April is the 4th, so you might want to consider that. But I think that's more for the Cancun area (spring break) than it is for the Riviera Maya.

Did you start checking prices? When I couldn't decide where to get married I price compared. Flying out of Chicago, it was WAY cheaper to go to Riviera Maya than any island, so we decided on the RM so that more guests could come. Perhaps that'd be a great starting point for you?

Thank you for the welcome - the prices from Newark, NJ are about the same to Mexico and Jamaica.

We do not want to be in a Spring Break type of place. We want All Inclusive, but not couples only, since we have some single friends that will be attending.

I feel like once I book the place, I will feel so much better about things!
