Groomsmen Gift

Hi Everyone

 

Here is my problem..

 

I started out with 6 Groomsmen and now it looks like i'm down to 3 ,with only weeks to go! Do i still get those 3 a Groomsment gift or the the 3 that are going to make it?

I would just pay for the 3 groomsmen that will actually be in the wedding.
