Hello fellow Canadian. Welcome to the forum!

Flights to Mexico are pretty reasonable and they are some new direct flights are opening up especially with WestJet. Another affordable option is to fly with a charter carrier. Typically charters are booked for either 1 or 2 weeks.

In terms of Hotels, many have reasonable group rates and some include in-house wedding coordination.

I hope you have a successful planning experience and are able to find vendors you require to make your day amazing!
