Guest List manager?!?

Here is the template that I used (plus the budget sheet that I used too). It worked out so awesome for me that i STILL use it!

Excel file girls--

 

How easy was it to print envelopes or address labels from the excel file? Did you copy and paste or export or what?

 

I think we talked about excel one time in college and I must not have been there that day!

Are you planning on printing directly to the envelope or onto labels. Labels are always a lot easier because if you buy Avery labels (for example) there is typically a setting right in the print options to select the different Avery label sizes and it will do it all nice and pretty for you. If you are doing it directly onto the envelope (which is what I did) I just formatted my excel spreadsheet so that when I hit print it printed properly on the envelope and I copied and pasted the address information from another tab. I can set something up if you'd like.

Wow I am totally confused! I am going to print right on envelopes (hopefully). I really like your excel file, esp. since it kept track of all of those categories. If you could give me instructions on how to do it from the excel file you made I would really appreciate it! You are so helpful, thanks so much!!

I have my guest list on the knot, however I don't know if I can mark off when I send out the save the dates, email the web site, etc. I would like to check out the others but i don't have 150 posts yet!!! UGH!!!!!!!!!
