Dreams Tulum vs Cabo?

I'm just starting my planning and it seems like Dreams Tulum is quite a bit less expensive than Dreams Cabo? Is that accurate? For those who have been to either (or even both) I'm trying to find out a comparison ... any and all information would be very helpful. I'll continue reading all I can on the forum too (can't get any work done I'm so excited LOL). Thanks!

I've worked at Dreams in Cabo and it is very nice. Haven't been to Tulum.

and I lived in Cabo for a couple of years. Dreams is very nice, I've worked there. Never been to Tulum, sorry.
