Zero Calorie Wine!

I've bought both the red and white. I know it's CARB free, but I didn't think it was actually calorie free? I really don't think that's possible when it does have an alcohol content.

 

Anyways, I looove wine and rarely drink sweeter wines, but I didn't think it was that bad (especially for it being carb free). So for those of you that like sweeter wines, you will likely really enjoy it!

Hey guys, don't forget that calories aren't your only enemy when it comes to alcohol. Alcohol creates something called acetate, which when in your bloodstream becomes your body's first choice of fuel. That's before carbs, proteins and fats! That means you'll never use fat as a fuel, always the booze..... Just keep that in mind if your main goal is weight loss. Otherwise, drink up!
