Newbie from NY looking at DR for the wedding ! !

Just got engaged last month and we are looking at the Paradisus Palma Real in the Dominican Republic so far. We also looked at Dreams Cancun and some of the Sandals resorts. I am so glad I found this site .. I feel like my head is spinning I dont know where to begin !
