Opinion on Purse

What do you all think of this purse? I got it as a gift from my future mother in law. Her friend got it from India (handmade). WE are getting married on the beach in Tulum, Mexico at Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa on May 1, 2009. Ironically the purse is sort of shaped like a V which is what my new last name will start with. Tried to get some close ups.

Gosh! I love it! So unique. Does it go with your dress and/or jewelry? I've been wondering if a purse is necessary. Any one else find a wedding purse helpful?

beautiful bag, but do you really want to be responsible for it on your wedding day? I figure since our resort is all-inclusive I wont' need to worry about losing my money, id, etc. and FI can put the room key in his pocket. Gosh, I sound irresponsible!

However, I think the purse is pretty

The purse is gorgeous! If it goes with your general "look" for your wedding I would definitely use it.

 

You may just want to bring it to the reception though so you don't have to worry about it during the cermony...maybe a close friend could bring it to the cermony for you?

That is gorgeous, unique and good for a DW...

 

I agree with 'egsarah' though; may be better to have someone bring it to the reception for you so you don't have to worry about it during the ceremony.
