Hoping to Elope!

Hi!

 

I'm Lori and my fiance Justin and I are hoping to elope (really - just the 2 of us) in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic this summer.

 

We're shooting for an easy to remember wedding/anniversary date of July 8, 2009 (7-8-09).

 

I've already gotten some good info and hoping for more as I'm finding it a bit difficult to find a package for a real "elopement" at any of the resorts.

Hi Lori, and congrats on your upcoming wedding. Ah a women after my own heart, we didn't elope but I swear it would have been easier in the planning process. I think just really aim for the location of your ceremony, once you have that down, you can do a private dinner on the beach or whatever you envision your wedding to be. I've seen several weddings where it was just the bride and groom, and they are all different, so just remember that it can be as extravagant or relaxed as you want it to be.
