What day of the week are you getting married in Mexico?

We are getting married on a Thursday. We planned it that way hoping there wouldn't be a ton of other weddings the same day as the weekends are more popular. So far we are the only ones booked on our date....also we thought Thursday still gave people the opportunity to do a long weekend (Wed-Sunday?), which most are planning.

we are getting married on a thursday, because we're doing a legal ceremony and needed to be there 4 business days (and all the fridays in may were taken). we figured who cares ... every day is the weekend when you're in paradise, right?

We are getting married on Monday!! Exactly... everyday is the weekend when you are on vacation

I was going to get married on a Monday but we've postponed the wedding. I figured seeing everyone was on vacation anyway it wouldn't matter.

We are having our wedding on friday. Basically we did not have a choice because we arrive on saturday, and we are required to be in Mexico for 3 buisness days before the day. The thrusday was already taken so we had to choose friday. Its the last day of our trip which is kind of a bummer, so hopefully our guests flights home do not leave too early in the morning!

We'll be doing a Saturday to allow for weekend-only guests, though I'm sure many will stay for longer.
