I know I don't belong to this forum so sorry for cutting in, but the title of your thread caught my eye simply because my MOH (Man of Honor) owns his own travel agency (along with his partner of 6yrs) which caters more so to vacations for the GLBT community and he and his partner visited the property recently (I think end of August, beginning of September) because it is under new management that want to attract the alternative community as the clientele. They are both very excited about the change and the fact that apparently from what he mentioned this will be the only 100% all gay/lesbian hotel in Riviera Maya. It seems that your travel agent may not be informed of the entire change. Your best option would be to take matters into your own hands and call the hotel directly. Good luck!
