Our OOT bags and contents! So much fun!

I did the labels myself. I am using Avery labels from Office Depot. You can download templates for Microsoft Word from the Avery website. Once I designed them in Word. I just pasted and copied the original to all the others. It was pretty simple.

 

As far as assembly and delivery. After seeing all the boxes and boxes of stuff, we have decided to deliver them to our local guests during the week before we leave. For the out of town guests, we are asking family members to help us get them to Cancun. Fortunately, most of our guests are local. When I get the outside tags made, I am going to hand-write a note to each guest and ask them to please not forget to pack the bags when they come.
