Do you think this is rude?

Recommended Posts

Absolutely not. It is rude to invite other people when the invite specifically states "guest", as in singular not plural.

I'm dealing with a family member that I just met a couple years ago and have seen only three times in my life, who has now invited herself and her new husband to our wedding at Dreams. Newsflash...you were not invited. I know it probably sounds harsh but only close friends and immediate family were invited. I barely know this woman. It gets better...she is trying to use this as her honeymoon...the same time we will be on ours. Is this rude or what? rant.gif

That is more than rude! Does this family member need attention so much that they need to steal someone's else's thunder? And why would you want to have your honeymoon with all of your extended family? I don't get it.
