Women's Health Wedding Workout

Me likey.

 

It has a ton of options so you can basically create the workout you want. My arms were for sure sore after the first time. The cardio is the only weak part. It's fine - but I'd rather bust out 30 minutes on a run or on a machine. Overall, I'd recommend it.

I want to run over to Target and get it, but I am stuck at home with my FI with a badly pinched nerve and my dog decided to start biting at a hotspot on his back. So we went to urgent care first thing this morning, he got a shot and feels worse. The vet is closed. Poor dog has the lamp shade on his head and I had some topical stuff for the hotspot. Nice day off we are having

Aww Paula that's terrible. I hope you and the doggie feel better. Pinched nerves do not feel good. Ouchie!

I totally read this to mean the dog was biting at your FI's hotspot! I figured it out - don't worry - but for a second I was like "why does FI have a hotspot? that's kinda gross." Smart ol' me!!

HAHAHA Kate! I really should have re-read that one! We just got back from the emerg room, they had to give my FI two shots to knock him out for a while. We're home now and he's still in pain, ughhhhhh! He has some pain meds though.

 

As for the pooch, I feel so bad for him running into things with the lampshade-thingy on his head I keep giving him extra treats!
