What are these DVD's for? Are they like a self help thing.

It's a workout video - like normal. But this one has everything in 11 or 12 minute segments. So if you want to do arms, you just watch all the arm segments. It also has target exercises based on your dress type - halter, a-line, etc.

One of my BMs bought this for me right after we got engaged. I really like it! You can pick the dress you're wearing, also if you're wearing low waisted shirt or something like that. You'll really love it!
