Howdy! Smaller Tulum Wedding in the beginning stages...

Hi everyone!

 

My name is Alyssa and I am recently engaged. We still have a lot to think about but ideally we would like to get married at ana y jose in Tulum Mexico in August of 2010. I'd love to hear about any best practices/ideas for planning a smaller wedding (definitely under 30 people) at the main hotel.
