Thank you for all your wonderful comments!!

I got the backgrounds (maps, pictures) on the boarding pass by uploading a picture. I would then make it more transparents by either whitewashing it or increasing the brightness.

I found the map on Google images (don't be afraid of the brightly colored maps, because you can make it Black and White with a click of a mouse ) .

Most of the picture were either downloaded from Microsoft Office online or google images.
