Hidden World Cenotes

Recommended Posts

Has anyone done a TTD at the Hidden World Centoes? I am trying to find out if it is OK and what is the best time, I have emailed them but I am waiting to hear back but since I am leaving soon I am getting anxious.

I sent Cath there some pictures of what we want and she got back to us today here is what she wrote:

Sorry for the delay in my response again. I've had a look at the pictures you sent and thought about the best location for your photos. I think the best place would be Tak Be Ha. It's a beautiful cenote - a big, vast cavern with dry areas which might be an ideal place for your shots. Tak Be Ha was the cenote that featured in the IMAX movie, Amazing Caves. To see some photos of Tak Be Ha have a look at our website: Hidden Worlds Cenotes Park Photo Gallery

I recommend that you each buy the single cenote snorkel discovery package online through our website Hidden Worlds Cenotes Park Yucatan Mexico Riviera Maya (to get our special online discounted price). Make a note in the comments box on the online booking form that you spoke to Cath and that the 4 of you will be taking wedding photos on March 1st in Tak Be Ha. That way we'll be expecting you and we'll do everything we can to help you get the best photos. Having said that, I do need you to be aware that there may be other paying guests in the cenote, and obviously it wouldn't be fair to them to disrupt their tour, so we may have to ask you to be patient on the day.

Please feel free to contact me again if i can be of any further assistance.

No they wont let you in for free they will let you in to do the walk through and that was $20. I think we are going to do the cenote they suggested the picts are amazing. If you book online I think they are having a special for $19.95. I think we are going to do our TTD here because we have already been in contact with them an they know what we are looking for and they sound excited about it and I really do not want to drive around looking for a place the day of the TTD and I have seen some places may charge $200 for pictures.

Yes myself, Kyle, Evan and Kesbi went to Hidden Worlds for the most amazing TTD ever. Prior to leaving I was in touch with Cath who was so helpful I explained what we were looking to accomplish with the pictures and she made some recommendations on locations. Prior to leaving we paid $29.95 per person and set up a appointment at 10am. I would totally recommend this as we knew where we were going rather then driving around looking for a cenote to do the shoot in and then possibly getting hit with a photography fee. When we got to Hidden Worlds they were waiting for us and they provided us with transportation and gave us tips for the best locations. I can not say enough positive words about this place everyone was amazing and our photos are just unbelievable. If you have any questions please let me know.

I used Hidden Worlds for our cenote photo shoot.

I worked with Gonzo. He let us in for $10/person and they shut down the cenote for us since it was early on a Sunday morning. Granted, we had just bought 16 $70/person packages the day before, but they were really good to us and the photos came out great. Drop me a line if you have any questions.
