Michael - ROR photoshop Not a very helpful guy

Claire and Sarah have you guys mailed your paper work yet? We are all getting married around the same time of April. I am getting ready to send mine now, hope its enough time!!

He let me add photo's to my disc. He even drove us into town to get the cash. Sounds like he was having a bad day as he is a very personable guy.

We did watch our video on their dvd player too but we did have to wait a bit as several people were in and out of the photoshop before they got to us.

I agree that he must of been having a bad day. I choose my initial package according to what I thought we would want and of course brought extra cash just in case because you don't know until you see the pics.

 

Michael does do the photography for RMB as well. I was able to view the pics on a laptop the day after and received my disc a day later. I guess it just really depends on the time of year and how busy they are.

 

He was very personable and great to work with..must woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day

Hi Kari - yes I couriered over our docs last year, was super organised & a bit worried they wouldn't be ok, fortunately they were.

 

Hi Claire, am glad you feel a bit better, suppose he is really busy but still. I heard the internet speeds take an age to upload there so that's probably the delay with replies. Dont worry chicken, we'll have good wedding day's, am sure of it! x x

Thats good Claire, he sent the same email to me as well. Have you booked his package or just one of the regular snappers? We've gone for his with the 70 pics on CD & the dvd as well, its not that bad, I think its setting us back around US$1000.

i had booked just the regular snapper and was quite surprised and happy to see him taking my pictures. He explained to me that booking the head photographer package ensures him to be there incase there are several weddings that require the photoshop's services. If the photoshop is only doing one or two weddings that day, if he is there he will take the pictures.
