Tax on ROR wedding package?

I am trying to figure out just how much cash I should be bringing with me, and am wondering if tax is already included in the price of the wedding package, or should I expect to pay the additional 16.5%?

I would have thought the tax is included in the price of the wedding package, otherwise they should make it known in the brochure if tax is extra. I would email Chandlyn before you leave to ask how much the total will be.
