Palace Passport Trip Experience?

Recommended Posts

I reviewed the Palace Passport tours that we did in my Moon Palace review. The link is in my siggy below my photo. We enjoyed the locations and the tour guides were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to do the ziplines.

Recommendation - Make sure you take an umbrella and ponchos. The umbrella to be used as shade more than for rain. It really works. It was hot in July but very worth it. We did get lucky on our Chichen Itza day and a rain storm went through. It really cooled things down.

I did the Isla mujeres one and just used it to take the ferry over...they offer separate excursions at $35/pp. When we arrived we took a $4 cab ride into town, rented a golf cart for $40 for the day and just drove around the island (its only one main road) We went to the turtle farm, Garrafon, and the ruins on the island. We had an awesome time by ourselves taking pictures.
