Bridesmaid dress went missing, ordered another, now the first has turned up!

I wonder if anyone can help me with some advice?

 

I ordered bridesmaid dresses from Pacificplex, and then sent one to the UK in November. It never arrived there, so I ordered another one last week, which is due to be delivered today...however my maid of honour just messaged me that the first dress has arrived!

 

Does anyone know what happens if I refuse delivery on the second dress? I know I am going to get hit with customs costs if I accept it.
