First Aid Kit suggestions needed

I bought the Johnson and Johnson first aid kits and little packets of triple antibiotic cream from this site.

I am going to use an idea from another thread and make stickers with our logo and call these "Recovery Kits". I am also adding Excedrin, which we think is a great hangover med, and Imodium pills in two pack packages we have found at Sams.

 

What else are you adding to your First Aid kits? As you see, this kit with what we have added should be pretty good but I would like any other suggestions,especially for hangovers.... Just in case!! hehe!!

Emergen-C comes in little packs and would be a good thing to add to a first aide kit, and alka seltzer is kind of a cure all so it is a good add plus you can just get it at any drug store because it comes individually wrapped.

I hadn't even thought of Emergen-C and I know a lot of people who swear by it. Great suggestion.

I am a big believer in Emergen-C and am planning on including it in our "wellness kit". They will also include aloe vera after-sun gel, mosquito repellant, and several items that were already mentioned in this thread.

"Emergen-C" are vitamin C packets that you mix with water and come in several flavors such as cranberry, orange, raspberry, lemon, etc. They are also loaded with B-vitamins both of which help boost your immune system (I'm not a doctor, I just play one on TV). You can find them at general supermarkets, GNC, or health food stores
