Did you pay for the photographer/asst to travel and stay the night? If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for the photography total? I'm like you - I dont' really mind about details, but pics are a must! Thanks in advance!
Thanks everyone! It was a fantastic trip...I can't believe it's over!

jmb0902 Citlalli Rico is one of the associate photographers that works with Claudia Rodriguez. They are located in Mexico and they travel to resorts in the RM area and likely other places in the country too. There fees include their travel costs. We paid $1500 USD for 3 hours on the wedding day and $800 USD for 2 hours the next day for the TTD session. I think we'll get something like 250 pics on DVD and then a whole bunch printed out in an album. She is sending them fedex to us in about a month. Check out Claudia Rodriguez's website...there are lots of pics. One of the reasons I picked DT is because they do not charge extra to bring in outside vendors...some resorts charge you a fee.

I didn't bring tulle down with me. I thought about it but I was already bringing down gifts for all the guests and candle arrangements...just didn't want the hassle. They just put up the standard white tulle for us.

Here are some more pics...It's funny because I am such a picture person so I usually snap, snap away on trips but I don't have many on my camera...waiting on pics from friends and of course the pro pics!

Excellent review Lulu! My fiancé and I chose to have a destination wedding because we wanted a low-key, casual wedding experience. It was really nice to hear the same perspective echoed in your review. I'm so glad you enjoyed everything and had a positive experience. I'm eager to see your professional pictures as well. I'm using Freddy Damian and Claudia Rodriguez team, so I'm always eager to seem more of Claudia's photographer's work. Thanks again for taking the time to write your review.

You are right that a review is such a great way to give back to our community! Thanks for posting one even though you did not post a lot of message before the wedding. Sometimes even the people who are on our thread and forum a lot before the wedding can't be bothered to post a review or pictures and that is so disappointing (and rude in my opinion)! Anyways, end of rant, THANKS! Can't wait to see more pics!
