Its really pretty! I hope they fix the back. The back is noticeably uneven! Good luck and I can't wait to see once they fix it ad you get to try it on!

Ladies, all of your dresses came out amazing, you all look beautiful in them! I am now considering having my dess made instead of spending major $$$$. Since the FI and I are paying for the wedding I would like to keep our spending within our budget as much as possible and this is a perfect way to save

Lady - dress looks AMAZING!! But the back infact is uneven, and I'm sure it's because they are still working on it, but you always want to be certain. You are going to look fantastic in it, I can't wait until you show us pics when you get it!

If you look closely at the back of the dress, it doesn't look like it's completely zipped which is why it may appear crooked. I'll bet it snaps into the dress near the top of the zipper. The dress has the potential to be perfect for a TTD, please post the finish product!

I am pretty sure you are having a hard time because it is a new dress. I can find most of the other Amy Michelson's on other websites that advertise carrying her, but not that one. There was even a time when facebook had her line on there and I saw most but not Diamond. (Swoon kind of looks like it, but only in the back). I have no idea how it will fit, because I didn't try it on in any stores. But I do notice most Amy Michelson's retail at $3,500 and up. Even the used ones are asking for $1,200 (about what I paid for my actual ceremony dress). I know it will be somewhat different, because Gianinar doesn't use silk charmeuse (which I'm pretty sure it's made out of, because most of her dresses are; it's what gives it the silkiness of satin and the flow of chiffon all at once), they will be using "thin satin" and it's polyester based (which I am fine with because it will be going in the water and polyester is fine in water). I am keeping my fingers crossed, but when I ordered it everyone loved gianinar. Now, all these recent mishaps have me scared. I will post as soon as they send the proofs. It's a little over day 30 (they said 30-45) and my wedding is over a year away, so they might take their time. We shall see!!! :-)

yeah it is pretty interesting that all the bad reviews appear now about gianinarbridal... I am actually really happy about my dress. I got my proof pics today... I just requested a small change of the shoulderstrap which I wanted to be closer to the tie up in the back.

but other than that I am pretty happy with the result... now I just hope it will fit me...

 

 

 

 

I am less happy about my bridesmaids dresses though... everything seems a little crooked... I sent the pics to my bridesmaids, so they can decide what they want to change before receiving the dress.. I dont really get why they made that frill so long... it should be tea-length too... I just cannot decide if I should like it or hate it...
