Quick question- can anyone that ordered from gianini (spelling??) tell me how long from the time you put your deposit that you got your proof pics? I'm just really excited!!

I think it took me like 42 days to get my proofs. I was dying! They gave me 30-45 which was too big of a range to be excited starting day 30. Lucky it took less than a week for the dress to arrive after i gave the ok. Good luck with waiting!

Oops, I mean to post 3 days ago and I forgot... well let's just pretend. The first ten days of waiting are up! They said they'd start on the 18th. Now I have 2-3 more ten day periods to wait. But it feels closer, right? haha

I ordered my dress on Feb 13 and got confirmation on Feb 14 that they would start my dress the next day. I did pick one from her ebay website and I emailed gianinar yesterday and she said my dress will be done in 5-7 days. She did also give me the 30-40 day period. I believe its been 44 days but its ok my wedding isn't until Oct, that gives plenty of time for alterations.

OH just to add. it also depends if you ordered a custom size or a set size. I noticed ladies who ordered a set size got theirs much faster.

Gotcha- I ordered custom so I'll probably get mine in the late 40 days too...oh well!
