Your right Badgergirl.  The original has raised flowers and the knock off is all embroidery.  Dont get me wrong the dress is pretty I just wanted it to look more like the original.

the embroidery pattern is similar and the cut of the dress is similar.  Perhaps if you have time you could send it back and ask them to add some appliques over the embroidery at least in some areas to make it more of a raised look like the original.  OR if you don't want to send it back, you could check with a local seamstress...or if you have any sewing ability...it would be tedious but do-able.

I received a picture of my reception dress. The original is Pnina Tornai.I'm pretty happy with the results, so I hope it fits!

Badgergirl, love that dress!  I'd love to know who made it as well.  I am thinking of having a dress made for the welcome din/TTD.

Yes, it was Monica Bridal. My first dress looked a lot like the inspiration dress, but was much too big. I also ordered a BM dress from them but it isn't very much like the one I picked from their website. So I think she tried really hard to please me this time. Now I just have to wait and see how this one fits... fingers crossed.
