Gianinar disappointed me

 

I am so bummed. I got the dress today and is it not what I expected. The back side is really awkward. The seam is not at the center, but rather skewed to the right side. It makes the back look so bad. The skirt is not sewn in, but rather attached as if it were still not finished. There are some minor stains, but that is not important because you can't notice it. The only way I can wear that dress down the isle is with a veil and I was not even considering it. I was so excited about the dress and now I am so sad to have to start dress-shopping again...

That dress does not look good at all! Sorry it didn't turn out as expected.

 

I really think you should make a complaint and send it back (if you can). Did you purchase the dress from Ebay?

Has anyone used Moonbasa bridal?  They are one of the few website I've found who have a knockoff of the Lazaro (lz3002).  Thanks for your help.

So sorry that it didn't turn out. The front looks good, but the back is very strange. I really hope that you are able to have Gianinar replace your dress. It almost looks like they rushed to finish it. I know that with Monica Bridal they don't receive payment from DHGate unless you are satisfied.

Maybe you can take it to a seamstress and see if they can work any magic?  I would ask Gianinar for at least a partial refund to help cover the cost of alterations.  Are you happy with the front of the dress?  I think the front looks really nice!!

I would just choose a seller you like and then send pics of the dress you want and ask if they can make it for you. That's what I did.
