@Brownskingirl - THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!  I love that I love it!!!  And its wonderful to here others loving it!! You should feel confident in them... I would do it again.

Just a side note - when I saw others post pics of them in their dress for the first time - No one ever wears any makeup (for obvious reasons) and I thought I wouldn't post a pic of me looking soo rough! haha  But then, once I had that love of my dress - You just don't care!! haha  But believe me - I can't wait to post a pic when I get back - With me all done up!! haha

Hi girls, I tried the dress I got from Jasmine's Bridal after getting it altered by a local wedding dress maker. I got the boning that was sticking out removed and got lining layers that were showing through from outside removed. The bumps and uneven stitching are still showing but I think I am 'happy' with it. I like the dress a lot better now. Mind you, this is me with no body shaper or heels. I think I will look better with all the accesories, body shaper, heels, etc.

But, I wasn't able to try it on properly - Cause I couldn't do it up on my own... OK - Well I am pleased to say that I found a seamstress here in Korea and took it there and tried it on - AND - I HAD MY MOMENT... Tears and all - Jasmine's did a WONDERFUL job... I love my dress...  It is a touch too big (yay!) So, I am having the back taken out a bit more so the lace can be tied more... And the boning in the front causes a bit of bunching, hopefully when it can be tied tighter - that will help - but that's just me being picky...But other then that - Its awesome!

OK Ladies- I need your help.

I ordered a dress from Wonderxue of Etsy for my Trash the Dress dress.

I gave her these photos:

This was to be the top:

This to be the bottom:

All organza with a white sash and white flower

I asked if it was possible to make it a slight mermaid a little fitted through the hips, after some back and forth i decided to NOT do the fitted as I was nervous her making it without a picture AND i thought it would be better to be flowy for my underwater photoshoot.

I just recieved her photos on the almost finished dress (Missing flower)

Here they are:

As you can see it is defineately a MERMAID Style!!

Although i dont mind the dress at all- I am worried it will be too constricting for the underwater photo shoot?!

So do i ask her to fix it risking it what might happen to the quality or do i leave it as is?

So torn...

And for those of you who are wondering the dress cost $220 USD

Suggestions on what to do as well as anyother changes alterations I may be missing would be greatly apprecated!

Thanks all!
