Hair and Makeup

Does anyone have a list of Hair and Makeup vendors that do a really good job I've been reading that dreams cabo(this is where i plan to do my wedding) doesn't have the best people as far as that is concerned and that a pretty high priority for me. Any recommendations?

I am using Carmelita and Rosela at Beauty Lounge. I did a trial with them (http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t34288). I loved them and it was only about $82 for both.

I am deciding between Neysa Berman or Suzanne Morel for hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids. Having a hard time in choosing which one!! Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I'm deciding between Suzanne and Neysa, too. Neysa is a little more expensive, I think. Does anyone have an opinion about whether or not she is better for the extra cost?
