Joann - I purchased the pouches at Michaels. I think they were 12 for $9 and we ordered the shot glasses with our monogram from Shot Glass Wedding Favors ~ Personalized Shot Glasses ~ Custom Shot Glasses ~ Promotional & Event Shot Glasses they were 50 for $194.
