We are planning to get married in August of 2009. We are from Massachusetts. We haven't decided on a location yet and are open to hearing any and all ideas. We know that we don't want Mexico and we just got back from the Dominican....but anything else we would love to hear about.

 

I think that I like the idea of an all inclusive Sandals, Beaches, Breezes, etc... Can anyone share or compare them? We are active people, but also like to relax by the pool/beach. We want a place that has alot of options/ activities to choose from at the resort.

 

We stayed recently at the Ocean Blue&Sand in the Dominican and I didn't really like to be honest. It was nice and clean, but the staff was extremely annoying around the resort. They would try to constanstly push selling time shares on you and walk around the pool trying to sell you pic. with animals that they had or "special"photo opts, excursions. I def. don't want this on my wedding day!! My feeling is, if I want to book something, I will know where to do so and I will come to you.
