username "already in use"

hi mods,

 

so i was hoping to change my username to just "aimee" because having the full name out there is making me a little nervous, but apparantly that username is already in use.

 

i remember reading something about inactive members, and i was wondering if there was any way you could check and see if "aimee" is still active around the forum. i would really appreciate it. otherwise you can just tell me to suck it up & come up with a more creative username.

You can always add stars or your last initial. *Aimee* or Aimee B (i don't know what your last name is)

erin, that's a good idea. oh well, i just put DH's name at the end.

 

but my last initial is y.

making my initials AMY, haha.
